Our practice offers therapy services for both individuals and couples.
Individual Therapy
Through individual sex therapy, you can engage in talk therapy with one of our trained therapists to address your sex-related concerns in an empathetic, judgment-free environment.
Couples Therapy
Our practice will work with you and your partner to navigate the complexities of your relationship, to build upon your strengths and resources and to help you find clarity and calm.
Couples Intensives
Intensives, often 2 or 3 hours in a row, can be effective for previous issues with trust or affairs. They allow for little disruption, and are ideal for those experiencing a crisis in their relationship.
Support Groups
Our women's, men's, couple's, and parent support groups facilitated by one of our therapists. Participants will gain insights and tools to help them navigate challenges they are experiencing, alongside others who have similar issues, questions, concerns.
Sex Therapy & Religion
If faith, religion, and culture are important to you, they are important for our work. We not only honor and respect your religious and cultural beliefs, but if your faith or religion are important to you, we will work to use it as a tool in your healing.
Classes
Our classes are open to the public and cover a range of important topics including how to talk to your kids about sex and sexuality, how to improve intimacy, and how to communicate with your partner about sex.
